Now designers Alberto Rovira Benito Escat and everything that is modernized and hip again in a beautiful city loft space has given yet another purpose.

  "Escat and Rovira collaborated on the design of the loft with Elina Vila and Agnès Blanch of the local interiors firm Minim, which is known for creating modern spaces that often retain their original architecture. The 8,600-square-foot space has an open layout with beautiful exposed-brick walls, high ceilings, and poured concrete floors".
